We find ourselves pouring out our hearts, seeking guidance, peace, or healing, only to be met with silence. It’s a common experience among Christians to feel like God is not listening when our prayers go unanswered. For four years on the run from Saul, David hid in the wilderness while living in caves with barely any food or shelter.
